●Just place a measuring object on the stage and slide for measurement
Metal substrate inside the measuring object can be detected by just placing
the object on the roller, which is a slanted stage, and slide the object.
Magnetic-field sensor is arranged in the internal gate of the roller. Transit
sensor is located near the gate for detecting the passage of the object.
Precise metals can be detected when the measuring object passes through
the sensor. This affords safety of the measuring object.
●Uninfluenced by vibration & noise
Compact tabletop system allows an installation in even in small areas.
Sensor are not influenced by vibrations or noises.
●Uninfluenced by aluminum foil bale packaging, salt & acid
The measurement results are not influenced by packaging style peculiar
to the measuring objects, aluminum foil film packaging articles, or aluminum
vapor deposition film packaging articles. The results are not influenced
by salt or acid contained in the product as well.
